The Apex Group has signed an Outsourced Sales Force Agreement with Epsilon Telecommunications in London in an effort to develop more business with voice and data services providers in the Middle East and Africa region for Epsilon.
Epsilon provides global connectivity solutions between all major Regional Telecommunications Hubs, such as London, Hong Kong, NY, Miami and many more to facilitate global voice and data communications for Carrier customers. Some of Epsilon's most popular service offering includes its: Voice Connect platform -connecting providers to over 200 carriers on the Epsilon private network – Global Hubs, and Epsilon Solutions – providing first line support and remote hands monitoring for carriers without local engineers in their international locations. Epsilon has received many accolades including Capacity Magazine's Best Market Innovator in 2008 because Epsilon's high levels of reliability, resilience, customer service and speed of delivery.
As part of its professional services, the Apex Group will provide Epsilon with sales activity updates, pipeline management, competitive intelligence and market recommendations to help Epsilon continually grow its sales in the region. With the Apex Group's strong contacts in the service provider vertical and its local presence of 15 employees and sales agents throughout EMEA, the Apex Group will be able to quickly enhance Epsilon's sales activities in the region.
